Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to bad weather (for which Gareth emailed a couple of days in advance), but was able to keep the second date. He arrived on time, carried out the work and cleared up afterwards. Even put up with my puppy getting in the way! Great job, and the bill was less than the quote due to anticipated problems not arising. Would certainly ask him to quote for further jobs.
